Possibly Pregnant

Hello everyone! I don't know if I'm pregnant or not yet. I won't be able to take a regular pregnancy test for about 10 more days or so. However, I do have a feeling that I am adn this would be my first pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it safe to not just exercise, but do a more strenuous activity like kickboxing if I think I might be pregnant? Any thoughts or advice? I know the best advice would be to contact my health care provider, but I would like to get other opinions as well. Thanks!

My personal opinion is don't do anything more/different than you have done in the past. So, don't start kickboxing if you don't already do it (at least until you find out if you are pregnant or not). Some people say to just tone down the exercising a little bit-- if you usually run 4 miles, maybe run them slower or only run 3. I think that's the approach I will take when it's my turn :)

Thanks... I've started toning things down some during class already. Fortunately, it's not a contact class (unless you count us kicking the bag).
