Post-IUI symptoms or PG symptoms?

I just completed my first round of Clomid and underwent an IUI CD16 (this past Monday). My question to you all is this, for those of you who've undergone IUI, were you sorta crampy and tender around your uterus/cervix area after the IUI -- or could this already be early signs of PG (i.e. uterus stretching)? Besides the achiness, I've been extremely tired these past three days (been sleeping 8hrs each night but feel like I could sleep forever!), craving protein, slightly gassy and my stomach was all gurgly Mon and Tues night. Today I feel much better (less achy) but still tired. No stomach sounds or gassiness.
I REALLY hope I'm PG! Then again, part of me has my doubts b/c I think I was "late" at having the IUI. You see, I was told to use an OPK starting CD12. On CD14 (Sat), my OPK had a very faint line, but I didn't think that was considered a "positive" test b/c of the instructions on Save-on-Tests.com. It says its only + if the line is as dark or darker than the control. The next day (Sun) I tested again and I got a second line -- only it was fainter than the day before! By then, I was concerned so I called my OB. She then arranged for the IUI the following day. Sorry to be rambling, but if I missed getting PG this cycle b/c of the stupid save-on-tests instructions, I'm going to be so upset. To make matters worse, I didn't test until the late afternoon on Sunday -- again, b/c the instructions said not to test in the AM (something about not enough LH having been synthesized until later in the day) -- and when I called my OB, she said that she wished I had tested in the AM b/c I could have come into the hospital that afternoon rather than wait the following day. I was soooo bummed when she told me that. All I could think about during the IUI procedure is that the egg is only viable for 12 hours and hopefully I didn't ovulate 48hrs earlier!
I would love to hear anyone's thoughts/encouragement about this situation. I'm TRYING not to get my hopes up that I'm PG based on these symptoms and the fact that I didn't have my IUI until CD16. Then again, if there are people out there that did have the same sx as I have and got PG via a "late" IUI, that would really cheer me up too!
Thanks for listening,
