Pregnancy after Vasectomy
| Tue, 09-23-2003 - 4:51pm |
I'm totally freaking out, my husband doesn't want ANY MORE kids. He had a vasectomy on August 8, I had my first and only period, after the birth of our third daughter (July 1) on August 24. Could I really be pregnant? I'm afraid to take a test, scared that I might be, but afraid I'd be disappointed if I'm not.

If you read the Post, "Do you have THESE??? symptoms?!" and skip down to the bottom, you'll find that yes! you can get pregnant when your SO has had a vasectomy. I hope you get the answer you want, and don't worry about hubby, once he sees what he's created he'll forget all about not wanting another one. :) I promise :)

What am I having?
Should I test? Or wait? Since this would be only my second period after giving birth, is it possible to just not be regular yet? After the previous births, I went on the pill right away, so I was regular. Not to sure how cycles really work with out the pill.

I would test to be on the safe side. After pregnancy, you can ovulate with out a period. So, You never know!
Good Luck,
Jamie
