Sweetie, I understand. My two older kids are 15 and 1/2 months apart (and the best of friends, I might add). Here's the thing, if you are pregnant you need to test and find out for sure so you can understand why your back is hurting and such (for instance, it is possible that you have a kidney infection or a kidney stone and that would explain the cramping, lower back pain and the frequent peeing). If indeed you are pregnant, you'll want to get on some prenatals and get doctor's appt. scheduled. Having two babies close together CAN be a blessing and it just means that the next couple of years will be crazy -- but just a little more so than they would have been already!
Anyway, I suggest going to the dollar store and getting a couple of tests and take one in the morning. If it's negative, call the doctor so they can help eliminate your pain and if it's positive, call the doctor and get an appointment scheduled.
You take your pill on time, so that's great, HOWEVER you were on antibiotics!
