Pregnant even though you had a period

Hi All!
My name is Mel, I'm 31yrs old, and this is my first post (I've been lurking since my DH and I have been TTC#1 starting last March).
I have a weird situation to ask about:
I am on my second month using the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. My last cycle was 31 days and I o'd around 6/28 per the monitor. My DH and I had i/c accordingly and AF came as normal on 7/12. For my current cycle, the monitor asked me to test starting on CD 10 and immediately jumped to High Fertility (but not Peak). I thought maybe this would be a shorter cycle than before, but it has not gone to peak and has stayed at high ever since. My DH and I have been having i/c everyday just in case I jump up to peak (5 days now). I have also been off an on nauseated, REALLY tired, some headache, and mild constant cramping. This is not normal for me. I usually have cramping 5 days before AF, but this is way too early. About 1 year ago I got pregnant while on bc, but it did not last and I was never late nor did I miss a period.
I have heard that people can have their period and still be pregnant. Most info is about implantation bleeding, but I'm sure that's not what I had.
Has anyone out there had this experience?
I have not taken a HPT because this all seems weird.
Please help!

Thanks for the info!
Of course, this morning my monitor showed that I have moved up to peak, which means I should be o'ing. All this worry for nothing. Not sure why I'm having all these weird symptoms though. I'm going to wait on the testing for a few days to see what happens.
Take care,
Mel:)
I agree!
Back on 6/28/97, I had a very light AF visit--it only lasted 4 days then disappeared. Up until that month, all my periods had been 4 days long, but there were 2 heavy days & 2 light days. I had no idea I was pg. until 8/12 that year--at which point I was exactly 7 weeks along! Right now I'm here 'cause last week I had the GI symptoms (upset stomach, tiredness) but ever since I've had a constant cramping sensation in my uterine area. Two negative HPTs have me confused & now I'm waiting.
I sure hope you get the answer you want! Good luck *not* going crazy while you wait!
