i dont think taking prenat's are going to affect your cycle at all. they are exactly that just a vitamin, its not like you are getting hormone intake or something to bring on your periods every month you are simply taking pills to ensure your body is getting the recommended intake of vitamins and minerals.

thats my opinion.

traci or anyone else- if my vitamins are not doing it what could it be. i dont have any extra stress or anything like that i havent come off bcp because before we started ttc we used the pulling out methodi am not chating or anything like that that might stress me out a little there is no reason why my cy is haywire at least none that i can think of my last af wasnt normal it is usually:

day 1: light

day 2-3: heavey

day 4-5: light

day 6: spotting

but last cy was:

day 1: spotting

day 2: heavey

day 3: light

day 4: spotting

day 5-6: nothing

so not only has my cy been weird but af too!

Well I still dont think it would be your vitamins. As for the way your cycle went, I dont really see anything abnormal about it at all. If you are really worried you can go see your doctor but I cant see them telling you that taking vitamins has anything to do with it. You could always try stopping the prenat's and just going with a multivitamin for a cycle and see if that makes any difference other than that they only thing I can say is that mother nature is mother nature and you may of always had the exact same cycle but anything could change a cycle out of nowhere. I really dont think you have too much to be concerned about as you are at least getting your period so.

Have you thought of charting though? I found it to be a fantastic help and at this point I'm now 6weeks pregnant so you should try it out!

Let me know
