Probably just paranoid but....

Ok so my husband and I have only been married six months and we had fully intended on waiting another two years or so to even start thinking about trying for a family. I am on birth control pills and take them perfectly. Except last month. I forgot a pill one night and took it about 12 hours late the next morning. We used a condom for about a week just to be careful. I am now finishing up the next pill pack (the missed pill happened in the late april/mid may pack). As of yesterday I had three white pills left. I normally don't start my period until 3-4 days of taking the brown pills. Yesterday DH and I went to the beach and I felt like I had started a little bit. I wiped and there was just a light tint of brown/pink on the paper. I put in a tampon just to be safe and when I removed it, there was just a small watery brownish area on it. I also had some mild cramping. I normally don't have any breast soreness on this pill, so I also found it odd when it hurt to plop down on my chest in the sand. I started thinking about it this morning and last week I had two days when the thought of most foods disgusted me and had some nausea. I have also been constipated and had terrible headaches for about a week. After putting these things together, I started wondering if that missed pill could have screwed with my cycle and caused me to ovulate. What do you think?

The chances are pretty much slim to none. Missing one pill and taking it 12 hours later isn't a HUGE deal. You could always test to put your mind at ease though. Period symptoms change for people sometimes. I know I get light headed and dizzy before AF comes which never used to happen for me (I have never been preggo) I also get headaches due to changing hormone levels.
