I have been on birth control for about 6 months. I will be the first to admit that I do not take them at the same time every day (It depends on when I remember, which can be morning, afternoon or night), but I do not miss any pills. By the way, I am overweight, as well, and have been told that can affect how my pills work. Now, to my question: I recently had unprotected sex (and he did not withdraw) on what would be my most fertile day (if the birth control does not work right), it's not time for my period, yet. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry until you have a reason to. It takes the stars and moon aligning to get pregnant, and if you are, worrying about it now won't change it. Wait and see what happens, and if you are late, make sure you take a test. Good luck! I hope it works out for you either way.
