I am on the implanon implant to start. I have had  this for 2 1/2 yrs now. I am due for removal june 2, 2014. I have done a lot of reading on this and told after the 2nd year it decreases in effectiveness and so forth.

Anyways. about my 2nd year mark i began to have monthly menastrations again. It was clockwork. Started light but eventually became as the normal it was before the implant. But it was every 28 days. My last one was Oct 24, 2013. I missed Nov all together but did spot two weeks after I was due.

Past month I have been feeling puky, super tired past two weeks (can sleep all day and still be tired), excessive salvation, migraines, back pain, sore breasts, bloated feeling and cramping. I havent thought much of am i pregnant because of the implant. I was convinced to take a pg test which was negative. I had read on this that the implanon can cause a false negative.

With all my other pg, even the one i miscarried, i became gastly sick. I have iv bags 24/7. I am not anywhere like that this time which keeps making me think no. But I do have the signs. I know the implant can mimic signs of pg but never had any of these signs before in the 2 1/2 yrs I have had it.

I have had sexual incounters daily over past two months.

I am on amoxicillin and have been for past 3 weeks for a cracked tooth that I have (halloween candy mishap). It got infected and being pulled today. I am not sure if this could cause pg signs but been on it before and not been like this.

Just wondering any thoughts or inputs?

Hmmm. I can see why you are concerned. Do you know if the antibiotics affect your birth control at all? I know it can interfere with the pill, but I'm not sure if it does the same thing with Implanon. If I were you , and if these symptoms persist, I would get in to the doctor to have a blood test done. It sounds like you are experiencing several of the early signs of pregnancy but it could also be how your birth control method is evolving. Either way, I'm sure you'll want to find out one way or another. Best of luck to you and please keep us posted!
