Should I be optimistic?

Hey girls ~
This is my first time to post a message/question but I've been reading on here for a while. My husband and I have been ttc #2 for about two years with no success. My period is late (about a week...but I have PCOS so who can know for sure). My breasts are sore (but no different than pms) and I have had major fatigue for a couple of days. Took a test last night...slight positive...definitely two lines, but the "decision" line was fairly faint. Went to dr. this am and they did a test as well. Initially, nurse said it was negative...then walked back in and said, "I take that back...very faint positive". So, the dr. said I "could" be pg...just really early and ordered a beta test. Won't have the results til wednesday. I'm trying not to get excited but I do have two positive tests...very faint though.
What do you think...should I be optimistic?

As far as I am concerned a BFP is a BFP, even a light one!!! Congrats and Good Luck!
You can probably even try a HPT tomorrow (if you don't mind spending the $$). Since HCG is supposed to double every day or two, it should be darker!!
CONGRATS again!!
I've read a couple of posts though, that mention false positives - so I'll feel better when it's more "official".
Thanks again!
