I am actually in the process of finding a doctor to test me for PCOS. I have not had a period since stopping the pill 4 months ago, and have had three - HPT. I have researched the disorder and have many of the symptoms. I haven't been to good at charting my temp lately either, so I don't know for sure that I really ovulated.
However, on the 21, I had very intense pain on my left side in the area of my ovary. I have never experienced anything like this before. It came and went throughtout the day, then on Tuesday it was a bit milder and more spread out. I am wondering if this was pain due to ovulation. The past few mornings my temps have been a bit higher than before last Monday, (didn't take temps between tuesday and friday).
I haven't tested yet, because I know it is too soon. But, last night I noticed that my breasts were really sore, and my nipples hurt really bad. It hurt to touch them or even have a shirt on. They have been really tender today as well. They never get like this before AF Is it too early to be experiencing this as a pregnancy symptom? Or am I just crazy?

Tender breasts and/or nipples are sometimes mistaken as THEE pregnancy symptom besides morning sickness when if fact it could be due to your period coming. I found that it is what happened with me as I stopped the pill 8 months before I finally got pregnant but every couple months I was getting the sore breasts and thought "yay this is the month" only to have AF show her ugly face...so my suggestion would be to wait until your AF is actually overdue before testing as testing so early can lead to obsessive testing and lots of money.
As for how soon after ovulation, well everyone is different however implantation needs to occur which usually happens 7-10dpo and sometimes as late as 12dpo. I myself didn't really experience any symptoms until about 12dpo even though I didn't know implantation had in fact occurred, I then waited and tested at 16dpo and got my BFP. Every woman is different as is every woman's time of the month. My suggestion would be to wait it out until AF is overdue then test.
