First, most of my life, it only happened maybe once or twice (I'm 39) so now it happened twice, and only a few days apart. I thought I was going to get my period, but nothing. Could this be pregnancy? I am trying to get pregnant.

It's really hard to say without knowing when you had sex and when you ovulated and when you were do for your next period. If you were due for your period and you only had some spotting, it could have been implantation bleeding. Take a test and see what it says. Good luck!
