Still Confused

Hello,
I posted on here a few weeks ago, but there have been some developments in my case. About a week and a half after unprotected sex (I am not on the pill) I began having symptoms of pregnancy such as extreme fatigue, headaches, slight nausea, loss and gain of appetite. I took 4 HPTs and all were negative (although I'm not sure if I took them correctly). It has been about 5 weeks since the unprotected sex, and my symptoms have not gone away. On Friday, I had blood work done and the test came out negative. I thought it was all over at that point, but my period is now 10 days late. (I haven't had a variation in periods in almost 2 years). And, for the past few nights I have been waking up in the middle of the night with very extreme nausea, worse than I have ever felt before. I've also had tons of very watery, clear discharge, to the point where I need to wear a panty liner. I have been peeing way more than usual and my mood swings have been ridiculous! I was pretty sure it was all in my head until I missed my period and began having such horrible nausea. And, here's the kicker: I'm extremely thin, with a very flat stomach, but over the past 2 weeks I have developed a very noticeable bump that extends from behind my belly button all the way up almost to my bust. This is NOT normal for me. I'm so confused. Has anyone ever had a negative blood test at 5 weeks and still been pregnant? Could I already be showing slightly at 5 or 6 weeks? Should I treat the blood test as fact?

Have you thought perhaps you aren't as far along as you think you are?

I am pretty young and only had unprotected sex once, about 5 weeks ago. Could it have taken that long for implantation??
