symptoms--looking for advice

So here is the situation at hand. At the end of May I went off BC. It was causing more complications in my life, than helping. My gyn said that sex should not be a concern and that there would not be any complications. Throughout the past three weeks, I have been having more sex than usual. But I have never been concerned about being pregnant, despite the fact that I'm off BC.

For the past few weeks I have noticed unusual changes in my body. My breasts have gotten larger, swollen, and tender. I am naseaus. My lower back has begun to dully ache. I have a constant headache while constantly feeling fatigued. A week ago I bought 2 pregancy tests, despite the fact that I was in 2ww. I took one then and it was negative. I took the other one yesterday and it was negative as well. I am not due to start my period until the 20th. My body has always worked like clock work. I begin the same day, end the same day, with the same flow... even after coming off of the pill. In consequence, the fact that I had two negative tests so far before my period was due to start did not confirm that I was not pregnant.

The catalyst for me coming to the board is the following: about an hour ago I woke up and had a light pink/brown discharge. It's not like a period. I have minor cramping, but it's not menstrual cramping, nor do I have any of my other usual symptoms. In consequence, the first thing I am doing tomorrow is calling my doctor to schedule an appointment to get an exam. But my question to all of you is if you had any idea what was going on? I know while a doctor is the only one that can provide a definitive answer, I would like to have some idea in mind as to what's going on. Any comments, suggestions, stories, etc would be greatly appreciated.

i went off of the bc pill about 6 months ago and as each month passed, my period started to get later and later, until i just finally started to skip my period. i am going on not having it for the 3rd month in a row soon. so mine is just from my hormones being out of wack. it sounds like theres a possibility it could be pregnancy in your case, but becuase you just came off of the pill, it could also all be due to hormone inbalances.

Depending on when you ovulate, implantation can take place 7-10 days later.

It all depends on when you've O'd but the spotting that occurred could be implanation spotting.
