Two faint lines and then nothing

I wrote in before about my sister. She took a test on Friday. It did not show anything. Saturday and Sunday she took one and they both showed very faint lines. Today she took two more and there is nothing on there. We are extremely confused. Her monthly is not due until November 10th. I know it is still early. The first three tests I mentioned were all from the same pack. First Response tests. The last two were also First Response and they were from a different pack. Can anyone help? Or do we just have to play the waiting game? Is there any other test that you can buy at a drug store that is better? Help!

i really like FRE's but i was having problems with them last month. i would take the test, and a faint line would show up in the result, so i would think i was pg, then i would look 20-30 min later and it would be gone. this happened with a few tests, so i bought more fre's from a different lot, then i got a neg, no faint lines, a true neg. i think that they had a batch that was off because i've been hearing that alot lately. this month i took an fre on sat, got a neg, took one on sun got a pos, but was afraid it was going to disappear. when it didn't go anywhere for all day, i knew it was a real bfp! i just took one of the digital ones and it says pg. i would say if your sister is having the lines disappear, count them as negatives, a true pos should stay that way. mine still has the line on it. tell her to wait to test!! it is really way too early now.

It seems as though, you are jumping the gun. When I found out I was pregnant, I waited until the day my period was due and the test came back negative. I waited one more week and it was positive. I would suggest you wait until the expected date of your sister's period and then if it doesn't show, then take the test. If after a week she still hasn't started then you should wait another week and take the test again.
