I went back to PP for an update yesterday morning. When I showed her the test the hospital game me she said "What? that can't be...i saw the definite positive!" She did confirm that she did not measure my supposed "6 1/2" weeks from the HcG in my blood but based it off of a regular womans cycle of ovulation about 2 weeks after period ends. I told her "But I'm not regular by any means". She couldnt tell me here nor there about whats going on. She said I could be miscarrying and I could not be. She tried to defend her case about seeing a positive but also told me to trust the Hospitals "Quantitative" blood test. She told me "I've seen stranger things happen..."
Is this a possibility or am I just staying hopeful for nothing :
My husband left to Iraq on August 24th which as technically the LAST day I couldve conceived, which (if by some miracle) would make me almost 4 weeks. Could there be a way that I conceived LATER then what we all thought? That would make me sooner then everyone thinks which could possibly explain the unstable Hcg results and the ultrasound showing nothing. I'm trying so hard to let this go but I cant help but to separate what I'm going through for a miscarriage. I'm not in any pain, I'm not passing any significant amount of tissue. Its just a bleeding that is coming and going. It's heavy bleeding nonetheless, can you bleed in early pregnancy?? My friends keep giving me hope telling me that they bled with their kids in early pregnancy. What kind of sick joke is life playing on me?
Someone please tell me if bleeding is normal.
