Hello again Ladies! :)

So............since getting my first initial BFP, I have been peeing on ANY stick I can find, trying to PHYSICALLY FORCE the line to get darker I suppose.............but, alas it is not cooperating!!!!!!! So, I've been getting light BFP's for like 8 or 9 days now, and it's not getting any darker and it's really starting to mess with me.........so, I called my Dr today (again), and she can't c me for 2 weeks! So not only am I sitting here trying to figure out why I just can't get a TRUE BFP, and on top of that I now have to wonder longer! :(

Sorry to sound like I'm hollering............but, I guess I was a lil there huh? **blushes** sorry bout that. Thanx for listenin to me rant ladies, just frustrating to not be able to get a darker line. Anybody that can relate? Thanx again ladies. :)

If you were hoping to hop into your regualr doctor's for a blood test is there anywhere you can do that besides going there? I know it's best to see your doctor, but a PP clinic can do that for you too and it's not likely you'd have to wait the 2 weeks to get in there. Just a thought.

Here's hoping the line gets darker tomorrow though so you don't have to worry about all of that. *hugs*

Hi Nikki... if it makes you feel better. I got a BFP (faint line) last thursday, and tested every day until Monday and every line was light. It could be the tests you're using. I was testing on the $ tree tess (New Choice). Which ones were you using? Maybe the dye in that particular test isn't very dark (despite what the control line looks like). Also... I did the math and figured out that I was getting BFP at only 17miu of hcG...so that's probably why mine were so faint. Good luck...HTH! And please keep us posted.. :)

Hey,
Have you tried the digital ones that read "pregnant"? Maybe seeing the actual word would make you feel better?! ALso, it seems like your doc should let you come in and just have your blood drawn. That's what I did. I just went in and had my blood drawn in the in-office lab and didn't see the doctor. I also went back two days later to see if the hCG was doubling..if your doc doesn't have a lab to draw your blood, then I agree with the other poster about going to planned parenthood...also, it's true that the dye on some of th tests are really faint. I've seen on either peeonastick.com or twoweekwait.com pictures of dollar tree tests that are faint even though the tester was late for af...so I think on some of the tests, the dye is just light. I personally think the accuclear tests found at target are pretty dark..you could give them a try? I would want it darker too..! Good luck...H

Have you retested? I was wondering what is going on. I am sending tons of doubling vibes!

Hi,
Have you thought of trying a digital test? It spells it right out for you pregnant or not pregnant. They cost more but helps keep you from wondering, I used the EPT digital after getting a very faint line on my first response test.
