Hello,

My name is Dannie. I feel a little silly doing this but I've been going crazy for the past few days and have some questions that I need to know the answers of and can't find them anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I did the deed unprotected for the first time

Some women have symptoms from the moment they conceive, and others don't until later in the pregnancy.

OMG I posted a reply the other day and it's not here >.<
I mustn't have done it right.
Anyways,

My cramps aren't so bad anymore. I did have spotting last week. Nausea is off and on,

Yes, you count from your last AF (or in this case - last regular one to now).

Thanks Cindy =)

ok, AF is definitely much heavier now (only took 4 days *rolls eyes*) So it may be neg but I have a few more questions.

Despite AF, I'm starting to look somewhat like a walking roadmap now. Eg: this morning when I had a shower I noticed one new blue vein on each shin. Tonight there's roughly 5, though I can't count em properly cos they're intertangled. Once again they're clearer on my hands and knuckles etc too

Questions: I know you can get AF while preggers (my sister's friend had her normal cycle right up till the birth lol poor thing)...is it technically AF or is it something else?
Can you get a false negative during it?
Is there other causes for veins inexplicably showing up? I'm 22 (if that matters lol)

tyvm again,

Dannie

Hi Dannie. I am experiencing similar signs. I had some really light spotting around when implantation would have occured and was supposed to get AF yesterday. Very spotty and brown..

Anyway, while I can't really help with your situation-I am just as confused as you are-I can tell you that the cl for this group posted a discussion on another section of this board that will tell what amounts of hcg each pregnancy test on the market (or most of them) will be sensitive to.

Also, I don't remember having AF through my last pregnancy but I spotted most of my way through. Doc never found out why, and DD went to term and is very healthy.
