So I am pretty much going crazy wondering what the heck is up with my body.

I've never heard of a metallic taste being a pregnancy symptom, but we are all very different. The bleeding could have been implantation bleeding. Nausea and dry mouth could be a bit of anything. So it's really hard to say based on those things alone.

Since you technically aren't late yet, it could be that it is just too early for you to come up with a positive test result due to the level of HCG in your body. I'd wait a few days and then retest. Good luck.

I'm sorry AF showed. Is the dry mouth throughout the day or just when you wake up in the morning. If it's just when you wake up in the morning or in the middle of the night, it could be that the air you are breathing is too dry. You could try a humidifier to see if that helps. I'm really not sure about the metallic taste though. If it keeps bothering you, you should discuss it with your doctor.
