What would you do?

Ok- a little background. I am nursing my 11 month old ds and af returned in Feb. I have had 24-28 day cycles since then. So today is day 31 and still no af. DH and I are not trying but at the same time we are only using the pull out method(I know- not fool proof). So ds seems less interested in nursing the past few days(could be age) and like I said af hasn't shown her ugly face. I thought that she was here on tuesday but it was just a tiny bit of pinkish brown discharge on tp once! Put in a tampon and never needed it. So I took a test yesterday evening and it was positive(very faint). So at 2am when I could not sleep I took another(both dollar tree) and it was negative. So I went back to dollar tree today and took one just a little bit ago and as I think it was negative there was the faintest second line(lighter than yesterday and barely there to the point I can't decide if my eyes are playing tricks on me. And to top it off I am a little crampy today. So to my question- what would you do? Do I take another dollar tree test tomorrow am? Do I go out and buy a more expensive test? Do I wait and take a test this weekend if af doesn't come? Sorry for all the questions!

I definately would not trust dollar tree test. I had a friend who was curious about how accurate them tests were and bought a bunch. She was not pg and got a positive result on more than a couple tests. I would buy a more reliable brand or bo to doctor.

hi! wow sounds like a lot to chew on, I wish you the best. I would buy another hpt diff brand (maybe a 2 pack!) and test in the morning first time you pee. I think I paid around $7 for a 2 pack at Target. I heard that Clear Blue Easy is a good brand, a little more expensive but I'm sure it's worth if for your peace of mind.

If you are pg I want to tell you my boys are 20 months apart which would be around the same timing, and it has been such a wonderful experience. they get along really well and are best friends, they have many of the same interests which makes it fun for them to play together... so if it turns out you are pg I think you will enjoy having your kids so close in age.

good luck and keep us posted! I hope you get the result you want!
