6 days late today. Tested with a walgreens brand and it was very very very faint. I also don't know if I read it within the time frame. Don't know what to think. I have a dr. appt tomorrow, but I can't wait to find out especially since AF has never been late before. I've taken a test called Accu-Clear which looks like the same tests as the walgreens, same package and everything and absolutely no line whatsoever. I'm still not convinced of anything and I guess I'll have to wait till dr. appt to find out. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you.

Hi! I am about 3 days late now. I used ClearBlue Easy Early detection because it says it detects hcg earlier than other tests - and its positive (faint but definitely positive). If you want to do one at home, maybe try one of the early detection kits. But no matter what I would go to your OB - get a blood test - it is the definitive testing! Good luck and keep us posted! Symptoms...well...maybe. I'm having a really hard time determining what's real and what's all in my head. For a couple of weeks, about 5-6 dpo I was feeling some mild cramping which occured quite regularly. I was somewhat tired and had bouts of nausea. Now, occasional crampiness (on and off), tender, full breasts, but not really sore, and waves of nausea. Not really feeling anything else. Oh yeah, a week or so ago, I was having trouble with smells, but really haven't noticed much of that lately. So, I'm not sure what's psuedo pregnancy and what maybe real.

Also, as far as testing, I've used mostly First Response Early. I've heard good things about that one being very sensitive. I've tested everyday since Sunday. Definately negative. Not even a hint of a line. It's very, very frustrating.

Oh, I almost forgot. Today I went to visit a friend and had a pretty bad headache all afternoon, felt nauseous and couldn't seem to get cool. I don't know if that's pregnancy or not. Actually, if you think about it, that sounds more like menopause. :) Now I know I'm going nuts!

I stopped taking the pill in June also. No one seems to know how that affects conception, but a lot of dr. websites agree that getting preg so soon after stopping the pill doubles your chances for a multiple pregnancy!

I am about three weeks late! I have tried three home tests and all three were negative. But I have never been late, and I have some physical symptoms that I have never had before. I am really scared as of right now and don't know what to do. I don't know if I should go to a doctor yet or not, mostly because I don't want my parents to know.

Go to a local health department or a planned parenthood. They can give confidential pregnancy tests. Also, look up family planning or womens health in you local phone book. Alot of times there will be places where you can get a pregnancy test along with a pelvic exam. That way, if something else is wrong, they can let you know or at least refer you to someone. Good Luck.
