Yeast infection a hormone change?

Two things I heard/read...One is that once you concieve you can instantly have symptoms such as sore breasts and morning sickness. Also that yeast infections can be a result from a hormonal change. With that being said Dh and I only began trying 3 days ago, but my son is 5 months old and I formula feed, so I guess I'm still very fertile? Anyhow, the following evening I was terribly nauseous and had the worse migrain like I did w/Ds. Then today I got a yeast infection which if the hormonal change is something that can cause this then it would make sense for now considering I should get my period for a little while, so that can't be it. Could these be signs or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing most likely?

I don't think you would feel symptoms until implantation. I just took a test two days ago (1 day before my AF) because I had a yeast infection (happened for both pregnanies with my sons) and it was positive. The symptoms appeared a couple of day before my AF (i.e. sore breast and tired). So a yeast infection can happen because of all the hormone changes in your body.
