Help w/girls name

I need your help! We're expecting our first baby (a girl) late this summer. We're 90% sure we've chosen a name. My husband would say that we're 100% sure, but I'd really like to have a back up name.
We've chosen the name Annabel Kate. I love it and can't really find anything that I love more, nor can hubby and I agree on anything else. But I'd really like some other options. I feel like we chose Annabel too early on and I didn't really explore enough other options. On the other hand, I've been obsessed with names for as long as I can remember, so nothing feels "new" to me.
Hi there.
I don't want to suggest anything else, because I love Annabel Kate. :)
You could go with Annabeth as well to tie in your moms middle name. Annabeth Elise is pretty. Or even Annabeth Makena.
It sounds like you like a classic style name based on the ones you mentioned.
I have to recommend my own name, Caroline, I think it fits with the names you like. Other names you may like: Victoria, Samantha, Elizabeth, Adrienne.
Good luck choosing your final name, but really, Annabel is beautiful!

I think Annabel is great.
I went through the same thing when I was pregnant with Gwendolen, our third child. DH and I had the name Gwendolen Eve on our baby list since we first started putting baby names together, but all the way through pregnancy I kept doubting if we made the decision too early, if it went with our other names, whether she'd feel short-changed, etc. But through all of the testing, comparing it with other names, etc, it was the right name, after all. I even tried an alternative name out on her a couple of days after she was born, and the alternative name felt completely wrong.
So, you need alternatives to test the strength of Annabel Kate on. Once it passes all of the tests, you'll know it's the right name, too, without a doubt. Annabel Kate is too perfect a name to fail these tests.
Here are some alternatives, borrowed straight from the Baby Name Wizard blog:
Adelia
Avis
Celia
Cleo
Cornelia
Delia
Eloise
Evangeline
Geneva
Helena
Ione
Iva
Lavinia
Leora
Lenora
Lilla
Marcella
Rosalie
Vesta
Willa
There's also:
Cora
Annalise
Catalina
Lillian
Mariah
Nora
Sophia
Victoria
Vivian
Celeste
And for middle names, there's also Sage, Eve, Jane, Jill, Fae/Fay, Leigh (I'm not recommending it with Annabel, but maybe with another name), and Luz.
Amber
wife to Danel
Instead of Ava how about Ada? Alta? Aja?
Thanks for all of the suggestions! I like quite a few on your list, particularly Felicity and Sabine!
Thanks for the ideas. I love Caroline (but it's a close coworker's name) and the others you suggested. Mine name is Adrienne, so that one is out! :)
Lots of beautiful names on your list!! I'm thinking that you're right though and we'll probably stick with Annabel, but these will be great to keep on the list for any future girls we may have. My biggest problem is getting the first and middle names to sound good with the last name. For example, I love Sage for a middle name, but I don't like the way it runs together with our Sch.... last name.
Bethany is my best friend's name (since 3rd grade), otherwise I think you'd be on to something. I really like Ada, but my name is Adrienne so it feels a little too close. Claire was the other middle name we were debating, so Clara Noelle definitely appeals to me! Thanks for your help!
