My first baby is due in December, so I am enjoying looking at names for both a boy or a girl... I don't get to find out for a little while now! Here are my current ideas:

Girls (really short):

Felicity (I love this name, what do you think?)

Rose

My hubby doesn't really Felicity, but he is okay with the nn Lissy or Lity. His first choice is Kirsten, which isn't happening... and we definitely could NOT have a Kirsten ever if we name our first Felicity.

I love Felicity, but my DH also isn't a huge fan.

Hi there.

Felicity & Rose are both awesome choices.

Congratulations!

Felicity is cool, but if it makes DH cringe I wouldn't use it. Do you both like Rose? Fortunately, you still have until December to come up with more names ^_^ Hope you have a good baby name book to study. And if this baby is a boy, you'll have even more time. Woo hoo!

Jacob is a really good name. If you love it, I think you would regret not using it.

Elijah is cool. I'm not into the EE initials, but that's just me.

Thaddeus - Too cool. I think this would give your son a lot of options to go by; both the uncommon Thad and Thaddeus, and the more common Evan. I think of strength when I hear this name.

Grant - I think of a monetary gift when I hear this name, and that's a positive association. I think rich, suave, and good-looking.

Hope that helps. All your boy names are good. GL finding a name both you and DH love!
