My husband and I are expecting twins a boy and a girl September 23rd.
I really like your list...it's a bit quirky, old-fashioned, fun without being cutesy. It's hard to choose favorites.
I like June and Hal (or maybe Hallam,) Willa and Bram, and Delia and Cyrus.
Thea Rosalind is gorgeous.
Here are my thoughts on the lists for her brother & sister-
May "Maisy"-I love Maisy, but it is certainly better as a nn. May goes well w/Thea. I like it. It works especially well w/an 'S' mn to get Maisy. May Susanna is perfect.
Mina maybe "Maisy"-I don't like Mina nearly as much as May. I do like Matilda nn Maisy though, & Madeline, although Madeline is quite popular.
Della-This is nms really. I don't care for 'Dell' or the possible nn of 'Deli'. That might be weird.
Delia-It's not my favorite w/Thea, but it's fine. I sure love the name in general. It's beautiful, not terribly common, & grows up well.
June-So sweet. June or Junie are both great.
Willa-Okay, but it'd be tempting to call her 'Willie', which is sort of goofy.
Bram-This is alright, but it doesn't do much for me. I like Abram though.
Hal- This is fun & different, but maybe too nick-namey as a given name imo.
Cyrus-I used to like this, but w/all of the Miley Cyrus mania, it's lost its charm.
Silas-This is still full of charm. I really like it.
Merritt-NMS. Sort of pretentious sounding.
Harris "Hal"-This is great.
Alton-NMS, but it's the name of sort of a skuzzy town in my area.
I like May Susanna or June Teresa best for a girl, & Silas Gregory or Harris Leland best for a boy.
Hope this helps!
For a girl, my favourites (with Thea) are
I like "Harris Leland." I also like "Harrison Leland."
If you want to use "Hal", have you considered the name "Hallan." That would be a good alternative - easily gives you "Hal" as a NN without using Harold.
Siggy courtesy of mommy-la-roo.
My favorites of your girls' names are May and Willa. I think either name would go fine with either middle name, but I agree with previous posters that May Suzanne makes it easier to get to Maisy.
I also like Bram, Cyrus, Silas, or Merritt (though I might just spell it Merit). I think that Cyrus and Silas go best with Frederick, Merritt goes best with Leland, and Bram... well, I love it, but it's really hard to pair with a middle name. Silas Frederick is probably my top pick.
I think that Silas Frederick and May Suzanne are probably my favorite combo.
I don't understand the use of Maisy as a nn for May or Mina.
I like Delia and June. I also really like Maisie but I'm not really a fan of May or Mina. From your boys list I like Bram, Cyrus and Silas.
Delia Suzanne and Bram Gregory (my absolute favorite)June Theresa and Cyrus LelandDelia Suzanne and Silas Frederick
