We have a ten month old DD, Ivyana Lena, which we basically made up in the delivery room. We had been planning on going with Vivienne or Arabella but neither seemed quite right. Now we have no clue what to name the rest of our kids (we are planning a big family and will be TTC#2 soon!) we want something that sounds nice with Ivyana but is NOT popular and doesn't have an automatic nickname that is the same as the nickname of a popular name. Ideas for boys and girls????

May I ask how Ivyana is pronounced? Is it like Ivy Ana? And I'm hearing it with an a sound like "on" instead of like "apple" Is that right?

I feel like a feminine, romantic sort of name would pair well with Ivyana.
A few ideas:
Mierelle "meer-ay"
Irissa
Leticia (maybe Lettie for a nn)
Sabina
Viola

Boys:
Julian
Adrian
Jasper
Oscar
Ellis

Hope that helps!

Ivyana is pronounced just like you thought, IvyONa. I do like feminine names, and I think Mierelle and Viola are my faves from your list :) Thanks for the suggestions, baby names are so hard!!!!
