I really, really love Tess. I think of an independent-minded, strong-willed girl who does what she wants and doesn't care what other people think of it. And she has brown hair. :)

I picture someone self-assured and beautiful. My dd has a friend with this name who is tall, blond and pretty, smart and fun. I picture her when I think of this name.
