The only thing I can think of with this name is the Williams sister.

I really like it. It would probably be on my list, but my BIL & SIL had a foster daughter by that name for over a year... sweet little girl.

I always think of Samantha's cousin Serena from Bewitched when I hear it.

This one has grown on me recently. I now associate it with the designers Serena and Lily where Es bedding is from. They have some seriously beautiful linens, and now I can't help but see it as beautiful as well.
Its also the name of one of the "Gossip Girl" characters, which lends an upper crust feeling to the name.

It's a pretty name. Granted, my first image of a Serena is Sailor Moon, but on a real person it's pretty and Serene. Not very creative of me, I know. It's a nice name. I'd like to meet a young Serena.

I like it because it is not trendy or overrused. It's classic but not boring. I think it is feminine, but also strong.

It's an ok name for me. I did have two in my third grade this past school year. One spelled Serena and the other Sarina. It is still used on younger girls.
