I think both names are okay, but Arabella is better, imho. Riley has become so unisex. I have three girl Rileys and two boy Rileys just on my street. By the time all these Rileys start school, its gonna be ridiculous. There are gonna be classes of little boys and girls all named Riley. Arabella is no doubt a girl, and flows much better with the middle name. Riley Marissa sounds off to me. Hope this helps.
These are such extremes -- one ultra-feminine, the other very masculine -- that it really depends on what your actual style might be. Are you more drawn to names like Gabriella, Ariana and Olivia or Elliott, Aidan and Finley for girls/women?
Im definitley naming the baby arabella if its a girl. i wanted to use my middle name for the middle name as well (marisa) but dont know if i like arabella marisa yet.
If it's the double -a endings of Arabella Marisa that bother you, you could use another form like Arabella Marise or Arabella Marisol in honor of your mn.

Also, does Marie have special meaning for you?
