AreTyler and Taylor too Matchy-Matchy?

  • Yes, way too corny for me!
  • A little bit, but if you love the name go for it!
  • Nope, not at all!

Sorry. :( I know it's tough to give up on a name you love, but these are so close I was actually surprised anyone could vote for anything but the first choice. Even if there were five sibs between them, these are literally just one vowel sound off. I just can't even imagine using both, KWIM?

Exactly what is it about the name you love, btw? I mean, I understand you like how it sounds, given your son's name, but what specifically appeals? Perhaps you could explore that a bit more and come up with some alternatives with similar sounds and/or feels.

For example, if you find you really like masculine/unisex names, occupational names, names ending in the R sound, T names, etc., you might also like something along the lines of ...

  • Parker

  • Harper

  • Hadley

  • Tatum

  • Tegan

  • Teagan

  • Tierney

  • Ginger

  • Finley

Just throwing some out there. Hopefully that makes sense. ;)
