You will be able to change your vote.

I see that we aren't helping you out very much, as they are all VERY close! I see why you are having such a hard time. They are beautiful names. So I thought I would coment on each name, to try to help you out alittle. (I voted for Elyse)
Amelia--This one IS beautiful, just think it is gaining in popularity so that is why it didnt get my vote.
Elyse--I think this name, "grows well"! I think that Elyse is a lovely name, but you also have the option of Ellie. I think it is elegant but fun.
Nina--This one didn't get my vote because people would forever be saying this name wrong. Some people say Nee-nuh and other would say Ny-nuh. Actually I had no clue which one you were going for.
Adeline--I prefer Madeline. Since Madeline is at the top of my list, this name just seemed like it was just missing a letter, looked incomplete to me, but it isn't a bad name.
Lucy--I think Lucy is adorable, but feel that it is more of a NN. I prefer to have a formal name for the 'IE' (y in this case)names.
Francesca--I love the way Francesca sounds, I think it is beautiful. But I have never been a fan of the way it looks. I don't like the Frances sticking out in it! That is the only reason it didn't get my vote.
Thanks for your input! I looked at the poll this morning and started laughing because of how close they all were! As my DH and I think about it, we are sort of zoning in on either Amelia or Elyse. We have reasons we like both. I know Amelia is gaining in popularity, but it is still only 96 and is not in the top 100 in Ohio where we live, so it is still relatively uncommen. That is a concern for us, though, as we like nontrendy names (other children are Charlotte and Vincent)... but amelia was DH's great grandmother's name. I also really like the name Elyse with the nickname "Ellie" as you said - it is a great name for a little girl and a sophisticate adult. Thanks for the input!! We have about 10 weeks to make a decision!!
