Boys' names : Which one for FN? Please let me know and why... or suggestions
- ( last name is hispanic - Camacho, and DD's name is Isabella Marguerite)
- Diego
- Cairo
- Cairo if different spelling
- Neither
- other (please reply w/ suggestion)
You will be able to change your vote.

of the two listed I prefer Diego..but my first choice would be Rafael
since dd has the names of two saints..to me ds should as well...so maybe Rafael Diego or Diego Rafael...
Definitely Diego. I read a book where the main (female) character was named Cairo. While it ends in the letter "o", I still see Cairo as a girl's name...or more likely, a stage name for a belly dancer or gypsy fortune teller.
Best of luck to you@
just wondering how you would Say Cairo
Cairo - Cay-ro
Cairo - Kye-ro
btw.. i vote Diego, think that's a cool name.

btw.. isn't San male word for Saint? Santa for female? San Diego ..and yes... i looked at Patron Saints.. Saint Diego.
But we had both agreed on Diego for our last one who turned out to be a girl!!
Yes- San is the male word for Saint in Spanish.
We are not Catholic and have no idea who the saints are. I had no idea my DD's name was 2 saints. ( she is named after my GM and my Mother) So we arn't trying to go for any religious symbolism here. far far from it.
Once i convince DH tha this new idea of Cairo isn't hat great, we'll have to come up with MN ideas for Diego. Which, admitatly will be hard - what with the two O ending names.
Diego ______________ Camacho.
hmmmmmmmmm...........
