Gorgeous! Cora, along with the sound alike Nora, is one of my favorites. I think it is adorable on a child and grows so well with her!

Ok, I'm going to do something I never do and that is to say that I am going to encourage you not to go with this simple, old fashioned name. I usually like such names. I abhor names like Brianna, Kaylynn and Destiny. But Cora, Nora, Dora and Flora just sound too frumpy, even for me (and I like names like Beatrice, Frances and Etta). I just don't think they have either the melodiousness of names like Elizabeth or Catherine or the spunk of Beatrice, Ruby or Sadie. So, I vote no on Cora, Nora and Dora, and Flora.

Obviously I love it since we named our daughter Cora in January.

I had a great aunt Cora, always thought of it as old fashioned. But, I met a young adult named Cora a while back, and it struck me as a name that could def. make a comeback! I kinda like it! And, I've been seeing Coralie lately too. It's a nice name.
