Please don't name your daughter Broc. It sounds like a made-up boy's name.
Josie is too "cute" for a grown woman's name. And what if they do a re-make of Josie and the Pussycats?
Leah isn't one of my fav names, but I'd go with that.
Sorry
Josie and Leah are for the girls names
and Broc is for the boys name, we don't know what we are having yet.
Can't wait for the suprise
I quite adore Josie, but only as a nickname for Josephine, Josette, Josina or Josetta. Let the girl have a few options as she ages! Josephine Lee would be gorgeous!
Leah's lovely 'but is it Lee-ah or Lee?' is something she'll get whenever someone sees it in writing for the first time. McKenzie is way overused and terminally trendy. The use of it anywhere in a name will peg her as born during the early 21st century forever. When you turn 30, it's nice to have a name that doesn't do that all the time. How about Leah Kenna or Leah Kendra or even Leah Kendall, instead?
I like Michell with Broc, but please spell it Brock. Broc is too much like Croc or Broccoli in looks and is likely to get him teased in school. Brock is an accepted form that is generally recognised as masculine. Even if it is a bit soap-opera-y. Brock Mitchell would get my vote for the boys and Josephine Lee (nn Josie) gets my vote for the girls!
(edited to add: they've already done a remake of Josie & the Pussycats, back in 2001 and starred Rachael Leigh Cook as Josie. IIRC, hardly anyone liked it so it's not likely to be remade again anytime soon. The info's at imdb.com, just type in Josie & the Pussycats and it'll be the top thing on the page.)

you can't vote for a boy and a girl on the same board. but, please, add a K to Brock. it definitely does not look right without it.
I like Brock Mitchell.
not crazy for either girls name, Josie OK as a nn, not formal name. how about Josette McKenzie.
good luck
