I voted "no" but I felt that I should explain. I DO like the NN Tess or Tessa. I think both are very cute. But as a FN I don't like them. I feel that they are too informal for FNs. I prefer Theresa NN Tess/Tessa only.
i like Tess..and would imagine Tesse or Tessie would work great, is no different than Jesse or Jessie .. doesnt have to be Teresa or Theresa.
i personally like *** Tesse *** for a girl, that is cool, yet feminine, yet can grow with that name. can call her Tessie as young girl..(can even keep the spelling as Tesse saying Tessie if wanted to)... then easily become Tess spelled as Tesse.

I voted yes, but I prefer it as a nickname for something longer like Tessa or Teresa. Or even Mary Therese.

Love the name Tess!! I don't like Tessa though. And i would use Tess as a full name not as a nn.
