I love the name Mia, but to be honest, neither Mia nor Summer have great flow with ln Miller. Mia Miller is too alliterative and Summer Miller is too "m" heavy and they both end in -er so it doesn't sound the greatest. If you like Mia, you may also like:

Cora Miller

Talia Miller

Delia Miller

Ruby Miller

Ada Miller

Brynn Miller

Sasha Miller

Ivy Miller

I think these names are similar in style, but have better flow with your last name.

Do you have a special reason for any of these names? I only ask because Mia Miller and Summer Miller are both very M-heavy combos I wouldn't normally consider (I also have an M ln), so if there were some personal meaning behind one it might change my opinion slightly.

If not, I'm not sure which I like more. The Mi- beginnings and similar sounds in Mia Miller make it seem redundant, and the prominent repeating M sounds, double syllables and -er endings of both Summer and Miller don't work that well either.

I think a less common name would pair nicely with such a common ln, btw (a gift for any parent-to-be when considering names ... unless you love a very popular fn, of course). ;) I'm sure you'll wind up with the perfect name. So many would sound lovely with Miller.

I really appreciate all of the input. I agree that summER millER sounds kinda redundant and, when I first said Mia Miller together, I laughed at it. But I think after saying it so many times (since my husb liked it), I just got used to it. We thought about tagging the middle name, Lynn, onto Summer or Mia (making it all one fn) b/c of how each sounded w/ Miller alone, but that just seems like too much. It's hard b/c these names seem to be the only 2 my husband and I could agree on so far. And aside from that, I love them both. But it just seems like neither of them click w/ our ln when said w/out the middle name (which will be like 90% of the time). AHH I only have 3.5 more months!! And I'd prefer not to have "Baby Girl" printed on her birth certificate! I guess if all else fails, we'll stick w/ one of the originals and she can just hope to marry into a better suiting last name! :D
