I like the first four, but would prefer that Alexandra be spelled with one L. You could still spell Allie with two Ls. Masey doesn't sound like a real name. I picture a cow or horse out in the pasture (sorry!)

I think Alexandra Jade is adorable. I don't like the extra L in there, though. You don't have to have 2 l's in allexandra in order to use the nn Allie.

I would like Masey so much more if it was spelled Macy (May-cee) or Masie (May-zee). With your current spelling, I'm not sure which pronounciation you are going for. I love both Macy and Masie though.

I voted for Sarah Elizabeth...because it's the only one where both names are spelled correctly.

I don't really mind any of these names, but what strikes me first about the list as a whole is the strange way you spelled Alexandra, Masie, and Lane. If I could pick and choose, then I LOVE Alexandra Lane (or Alexandra Layne--NO Laine!) and Emma Lane or Layne. I think Emma Layne is my favorite...and it'll be easy to yell both names when she's in trouble! I also like Masie Alexandra and Emma Masie. :-)

I would have voted for Alexandra Jade if you hadn't misspelled it. I've grown up with a name that's spelled weird, and I've spent my entire life correcting people on their spelling. After almost 24 years, I've come to terms with it, but really, is that what you want your child to be saying about her name when she's my age? I have a friend named Alison who goes by Alli and a friend named Abigail who goes by Abbie...no need for that extra "l" in Alexandra. I've met people named Allison, but I've never met anyone named Abbigail (and people who call their children Abby don't spell their full names Abbygail)...have faith in people that they can figure out that Allie is a nickname for Alexandra, even if it is spelled with an extra "l."

I voted for Allexandra Jade, though I don't like two l's. Alexandria Jade is my first pick for if I ever have another girl, but dh doesn't care for Jade too much, so we have Alexandria Dae set aside. I also have a cousin Sarah Elizabeth, beautiful name, just way too common.

Good luck,

*Ali (Alison)
