Liz,
Thanks. And btw ... congratulations to you. How are you feeling? Nathaniel is your choice if your little one is a boy, correct? I would love to name our little guy Nathaniel (it's my favorite on our list) but dh really wants Lawson and almost everyone we talk to seems to think it's the choice we should go with since I'm not allowing him to have a Lawrence Jr. He even calls him Lawson when he talks to my stomach. I can't say I don't like Lawson but it's not my favorite of our three contenders. But I have a feeling Lawson he shall be. I told him if this child is to be Lawson than I want absolute say over the American middle name. My MIL has picked the Chinese mn and it's not one I really care for but tradiiton says it's the in-law's choice. So, there has to be at least one part of this child's name that I have complete control over. ;-) My dh does like Nathaniel but he just feels that Lawson for a first born son to Lawrence is really cool. He has said that if we're lucky enough to have a second child and it's a boy we can name him Nathaniel. He also said that if a second child was a girl I could have more control over that name since he is kinda controlling this one. I should get that all in writing. LOL I'm still holding out some glimmer of hope that maybe Nathaniel will come out the winner on the birth certificate but if it's Lawson I'll be okay with that too.
Anyway, thanks so for the compliment. I hope all is well with you and your little one. What girl name did you decide on? Is it Analiese?

I'll bet you'll take one look at him and decide Yep, he's Lawson. :)
Nathaniel is the name we(I)'ve chosen, yes. Everyone seems to love it so far even tho we haven't told the ILs. Hopefully we'll be able to say, "we're going to call her Annie." :) Annelise it is, also, but I'm keeping the full name a secret from the ILs until she's born. Don't know how they'll feel about Annelise for one, and for two the middle name (Blanche) is in honor of my FIL and I'd really like to wait and surprise him w/ that when she's born. (hopefully he'll be happy to have someone named after him)
Do you know for sure it's a boy? I have my u/s on June 8th and I can't wait to find out. If I'm not super thrilled at first about another boy, at least he'll have a great name :-)
