From the girls I am eliminating Carringan because it seems somewhat masculine & has a surname feel to it. Your other 4 choices are beautiful! For middle names, I'm eliminating Jayna because I prefer the family names and the gorgeous, ever-classic Maeve.
From the boys I am eliminating Declan because I much prefer Lochlan. It is seldom heard and very fresh! For middle names, I'm having a VERY hard time eliminating.....they are all so great!! Honestly!!! I think I'll scratch Riley just because it is SUCH a common middle name.....half the kids I know (boys and girls!) have the middle name Riley. It's a nice name, but overused. You have so many good options here!! I can't wait to see what wins!

First Names
Aislinn, Kelsey, Shanna, Bronwyn
Middle Names
Casey(My name), Maeve, Morrigan (family name)

First Names
Lochlan
Middle Names
Logan, Aidan, Brenden (family name), Jack, Craig, Cullen, Dermot, Padraic, Ronan, Seamus, Brecken, Conor, Donovan, Sean (after dad), James (family name), Ryan(Dad's MN)

I'm going to eliminate Shanna because it seems too "plain" next to the other names and Jayna because I don't like the sound of it as a middle name for the remaining first names.

First Names
Aislinn, Kelsey, Bronwyn, Carrigan
Middle Names
Casey(My name), Maeve, Morrigan (family name)

I'm going to eliminate Declan because it's more popular these days than the other. I do prefer the spelling Lachlan, tho. And I'm going to eliminate the middle name Sean because it's too rhymey w/ the last first name on the list: Lochlan.

First Names
Lochlan
Middle Names
Riley, Logan, Aidan, Brenden (family name), Jack, Craig, Cullen, Dermot, Padraic, Ronan, Seamus, Brecken, Conor, Donovan,

Eliminating Carrigan, I don't see the appeal of it. It is way to last namey to me, very Nancy Kerrigan.
Eliminating Morrigan as I like the other 2 better

First Names
Aislinn, Kelsey, Bronwyn
Middle Names
Casey(My name), Maeve

Eliminating Logan from the mn spot

First Names
Lochlan
Middle Names
Riley, Aidan, Brenden (family name), Jack, Craig, Cullen, Dermot, Padraic, Ronan, Seamus, Brecken, Conor, Donovan, James (family name), Ryan(Dad's MN)

Wow, it's certainly easier for me to eliminate since it's toward the end:
Girls' first name: Kelsey's out. Too trendy.
Aislinn, Bronwyn

Girls' middle name: Casey's out, only because I adore Maeve.
Maeve

(I think Bronwyn Maeve is quite lovely...)

Boys' first name:
Glad Lochlin is left, b/c that was my favorite, too! Paired w/ James as a MN

Boys' middle name: Seamus is out, b/c lots of people are going to think it's see-mus, not shay-mus.
Riley, Aidan, Brenden (family name), Jack, Craig, Cullen, Dermot, Padraic, Ronan, Brecken, Conor, Donovan, James (family name), Ryan(Dad's MN)

Sooo... Bronwyn Maeve and Lochlin James would be my favorites, I would have to say, though I think many of your boys' MNs would make great first names....

Wow guys, I think this is the first time someone almost finish one of these that I made lol. Thanks so much. That went really fast. It is so interesting to me the names that stayed (a lot I figured would go first, stayed up there pretty long) I think it got confusing there when everyone was answering at once and eliminating the same names.

Lochlan...hmmmm. It wasn't high on our list but it is worth thinking about. DH actually liked it more than me, so go figue. Of course, because this is most likely our last dh wants Sean in there somewhere, not me though. I know that sounds horrible but my outlook is why do it now, we didn't do it for the first three, and it never has been one of my favorite Irish names.

Some of you were saying how a lot of our mn's were great first name options and we agree, but a lot of them are not possible for first names because of friends, family, or because they may be to close to our other boys names and will sound funny. such as Brecken, Ronan, Aidan, all sound to close to Brennan, Braidyn, and Riorden. Jack is my cousins son's name (and honestly too popular for us as a first name), Riley is Sean's Sister's daughters name spelled Rylee, so thats out. But we agree there are some great names in the MN's. I can't wait to see what MN you guys pick for the boys.

Here is the updated list!!!

Girls' FN
Aislinn, Bronwyn

Girls' middle name:
Maeve

Boys' first name:
Lochlan

Boys' middle name: Aidan, Jack, Craig, Cullen, Dermot, Padraic, Ronan, Brecken, Conor, Donovan, James (family name), Ryan(Dad's MN)

I'm eliminating:
Cleary - Not a "name" to me..
Greer - Reminds me of a last name.
Finola - Makes me think "granola".
Callen (Cailin) - I don't see these two as the same pronunciation..
Bronwyn - Don't like at all, I can just see a lot of kids picking at it.

I'm eliminating:
Bronagh - Don't know how to say it..
Bryg - Really don't like, just looks like a big typo.
Niamh - Same as Bryg.

**I really like Corrigan.**

I don't really like boys names lol so I'll be fair and just leave it at that. (I have two girls and another one on the way so I haven't ever really thought of boys names.)
