I voted for Anneliese because I think that I am going to use it as a mn if my second is a girl, so of course I really love it. I am not sure which way I am going to spell it yet either, (if I use it), but I am leaning more toward the Anneliese spelling.

I voted for C/Katherine and I think either spelling is great. Guess it depends on initials od mn and ln. But, if that isn't a factor, than you can't go wrong with either spelling.

I like Catherine more than Katherine, but that's just because I don't like any K names. And Gracelyn reminds me of Graceland (since in the South, they're pronounced practically identically). I prefer Lillian over Lilian, but I think that's just because I prefer Lillie over Lili or Lily (because Lillie was my favorite great-aunt's name; if you're not going to use a nickname, then I'm pretty much indifferent). I love the name Lillian, so even though I liked lots of names on the list, it got my vote!

I think I better mention that my name is Jennifer and my dh's name is Justin.... yeah, we're products of the early 80's! We really like Jocelyn, but then we'd be all J's - and I'm not sure I like that. Knowing this, would any of you change your vote?

I guess I'm not totally against all J's, but I just don't know...and then if we had a boy- what in the heck would we name him? My dad's middle name is John (after his dad) and my brother's name is Jonathan...so I really wouldn't another John/Jonathan as a first name! I just can't come up with a J solution for a boy if we ended up going with the J thing.

Ha! Have I confused anybody yet? Maybe we should just scratch Jocelyn all together! Any suggestions?

Oh, don't scratch Jocelyn from your list. That is a beautiful name. What about Jackson for a boy? Good luck and once again I love Jocelyn.

Well,
If both of yuor names start with J, and you don't want to start that, then I would change my vote (I voted for Jocelyn) to Allison or Morgan. Also my DD is Lillian, so obviously I like that name, but it is getting rather popular!

You seem to like classic names. I'm a Catherine, myself. What about Caroline? Something mature, elegant about that name I think. I'm having my second boy, or else it would be high on my own list. Good luck.

I've thought long and hard about your "J" dilemma.
