I voted for Victoria Margaret because I love Tori as a nn with your other girls. But I could just as easily have voted for Eve, Julia or Brooke with Margaret as the mn.

As far as popularity goes, Eve isn't very high on the list, but there are lots of other names with Eve or Evie as a nn that are popular (Genevieve, Evelyn, Evangeline, etc.). It's also similar to Ava, which is in the top 10.

Brooke, Victoria, and Julia are all ranked in between #28 and #40. I know a lot more Brookes than any of the others.

But I think they're all great names.

I voted for Victoria Joan, a very pretty, elegant name!

I can picture a Tori (Victoria) as a sibling of Diondra, Keira and Maia. The names go together very well. I love the idea of using the middle name to honor a grandma who recently passed. Joan works well with Victoria, and lately I've become quite fond of Jane/Jean/Joan/June as middle names.

Good luck!

I voted for Eve Margaret (even though it doesn't end in A, which I believe was a concern). If it helps, I noticed your girls' names get progressively shorter (7 letters, then 5, then 4), so Eve would actually fit right in with three letters. ;) I know others have suggested other forms of Eve or similar names, but if you really want the A ending like the others you could always go with Eva, of course.

My thoughts on the other choices:

Ella -- this just seems way too popular/common next to your other girls' names

Julia -- I actually love the name, and it does have the A ending, but it seems much more traditional/conservative if you KWIM

Victoria -- ditto Julia (basically, none of these last three has the same feel as your other girls' names, so it kind of makes it seem like you just "settled" on one just because it had an A ending, if that makes sense)

Brooke -- nothing against Brooke, but it also doesn't seem to be the best fit

I voted for Eve ---but it wasn't a fair vote because I already know you love the name.

I love Eve Margaret, but I voted for Eve Johanna. First, I LOVE Johanna. It's been at the top of my list for years.

Secondly, I think it counts as being after your ggggrandmother AND grandmother Joan. The letters are there, in the right order!

I LOVE the name Brooke--my husband just plain flat out refuses..do it for me! haha, oh I'm kidding but it's adorable and I'm sure whatever you decide will fit the child perfectly...as long as she doesn't pop out as a boy. Then, you're a little screwed. ;) Good Luck & God Bless!

I voted for Ella, but I wondered if you'd thought of Anya or Thalia? Just a thought.

I had a hard time voting, b/c it seems to me like there was a trend with the other three girls of having a fn that was a little "off the beaten path" (I mean that in a good way) and then a more "traditional" middle name... but meanwhile, all the fn's that you mention in your poll also seem pretty traditional as well...
I chose Ella Margaret, but I'd probably go with something else as a first name that kind of "matches" the first names of your other daughters...
Victoria, for example, is a beautiful, under-used name-- but it's also one of the classics, so as I mentioned, it doesn't seem to fit that "off the beaten path" trend... Diondra is different, Keira is one that we're hearing more of lately but is still kind of refreshing, and Maia is a "goddess-like" name... whereas Eve, Ella, Julia, and Victoria seem to be very classic names. Brooke is another "staple", I feel... But anyway, I chose Ella Margaret for your poll- I think it's lovely... :-)

really? I had no idea the name Victoria was ranked so high! It seems to be so infrequently used!

ooh, Thalia!!! Great choice!!! I think that would match the names of the OP's other three daughters really well! :-)

How about Thalia Brooke? Then you have the "off the beaten track" as the pp said, as well as a more traditional mn, keeps the "a" ending and Dh gets to use the name he loves? ????

What do you think?
