I forgot to mention that I welcome other suggestions. I really like names that aren't too popular, but not completely unfamiliar...kwim! I would like the mn to be Catherine or some form of the name b/c this is the name of my DHs little sister who passed away in a car accident. If the baby is a boy his name will be Fletcher Dean. Fletcher is my mother's maiden name. Thanks!

Blythe - This is gorgeous and it GMV. It feels so classy and fresh.
Maryn - I like this name, but dislike this spelling. I prefer Maren, as the "y" gives it a trendy feel as so many names have random "y"s in them (Madisyn, Lauryn, Nycole, etc.) Also, if your ln ends in an "n", I would avoid a first name ending in an "n" for flow purposes.
Piper - I have never been able to get into this. It seems a bit... much. You may like Tatum though
Teagan - Like the name, although it is fairly trendy. Again though, I would avoid a name ending in "n".

My favourite is Blythe by far.

Just read your other post, and I think Fletcher Dean is an awesome choice. So strong. I love the idea of using Catherine as a mn after your DH's sister. You asked for suggestions, so here are some along the lines of Blythe, Maryn, Teagan, and Piper:

Lola

Stella

Talia

Larissa

Hadley

Corinne

Celeste

Nola

Cora

Sage

Iris

Tallulah

Scarlett

Nikki - thanks for your suggestions and honest opinions! I also worried about picking a name that ends in an N since my last name ends with a strong N. I spelt Maryn like this b/c Mary was my DH's favorite grandmother's name....although he isn't pushing this name, I just thought it was pretty. Teagan is my least favorite, but I thought I would throw it out there. I'm gonna take your list home tonight and let DH have a look.
Thanks again.

The only two I liked were Maren and Teagan (I voted Maryn).
However, with a last name that ends in "en" and is 2 syllables, neither of them would work for me.

I love Fletcher, especially since it is a family name!

I really like all your girl options.

Blythe -- I absolutely love this names, but I definitely think you should use Catherine as the middle name and Blythe Catherine just doesn't flow well. (The double "th" sounds gives the combination a lispy sound.)

Maryn -- I love Maren, but the Y just looks trendy to me (like Madysin, Allysen, etc). I understand wanting use a version of Mary (and I love that idea) but I think you can still honor her while using the correct Maren spelling. Maren would be my first choice, but I can't vote for Maryn.

Piper -- eh, I like this name a lot for a little girl, but I think it's awfully cute for a grown up. I don't think it grows up as well as your other choices.

Teagan -- I love this name. As it stands, this is my favorite on the list and it got my vote.

Since it sounds like you are still looking for other options (especially ones that don't end with "n") here are a few I thought you might like:

Hadley Catherine
Ainsley Catherine
Fiona Catherine
Tierney Catherine
Finley Catherine
Lindley Catherine
Micah Catherine
Landry Catherine

You have excellent taste in name! i.e. similar to mine :)

Fletcher Dean is a great combo. I liked all of your girls names - Maryn/Maren the best today.
