I couldn't decide, none of them are very high on my list - Elaine is kinda outdated, but since you have an Irish surname - how about Delaney?

also - Marina sounds kind of too aquatic, like a boat dock - how about Marissa as an alternative to that one?

I dont like any of those. Have you considered Keelin. NN Keely.

I think Elaine would be absolutely gorgeous with any Irish surname I can imagine (so far I've tried Donnelly, McManus and O'Brien...Elaine sounds lovely with all of them!) It's just a lovely timeless classic that I think will carry her from childhood into adulthood.

I love all the choices, except Isabella which is too popular. Gretchen got my vote, it is so spunky and uncommon. LOVE it. I almost voted for Elaine, which has a simialr feel. Love the nn Lainey.

I'm not sure I'd use any of these if your ln is Irish. Of course some like Isabella have become very popular and therefore more mainstream, but I still think of a little Italian or Spanish type girl when I hear it. Isobel would make sense to me, or even Margaret, nn Greta. None of the ones on this list seem to jump out at me, however.

I voted for Elaine because I think that would sound best with an Irish surname and it's a great name that's making a comeback.
