I voted for Anika, but I prefer it spelled Annika.

I think Talitha would be a perfect match for Sariah, so that GMV easily. You would then have a "princess" and a "little girl" -- very sweet! ;)
As to the others ...
Aleah Corrine -- I've actually known a lot of Aleahs, and none seem to spell the name the same way, so this one may be a source of confusion (may not bother you, just something to consider). Incidentally, one such "Aleah" has a sister named Renata, so that may also appeal to you ;)
Anika Corrine -- not great with Corrine
Noelle Corrine (decemeber baby) -- I could see Noelle and Sarah, but not Noelle and Sariah. It just seems too common next to her sister's name, and to be honest the "Christmas" themed names for December babies just isn't my style (and my 2nd dd was born Dec. 15 LOL). I'd just use a name you love rather than trying to do something cute, KWIM?
Naomi Corrine -- my second favorite for you. I actually know two little girls named Naomi (and one adult), so it may be getting a bit more popular, but still a great choice ;)
Katrina Corrine -- not the best with Corrine
Larissa Corrine -- the similar sounds seem to take away from Sariah, if that makes sense
Phoebe Corrine --nmsaa
Alethia Corrine -- I'm not familiar with this spelling, but I do like Alethea or Althea

ETA: Whoops! I just saw you had "Talithia," not Talitha, in your poll. Not sure if that was a typo or not, but I do still like Talitha for you. Sorry for the mix-up!

You got the meanings I'm glad. Right now I'm leaning towards Talithia myself just haven't been able to convert my Husband.
the spelling I found for Talitha is the one with the extra i (talith-i-a) and that came with the "little girl" meaning.

i love it!
