alyssa marie
elizabeth nicole..
a sister for Elizabeth...I like these:
Emily
Emma
Elena
Ellen
Evelyn
Eve
Eden
Ella is okay, but since it's often used as a nickname for Elizabeth, it would be very silly to name daughters Elizabeth and Ella. Elexa, Eris and Emberlyn are all too odd with the classic Elizabeth and not nearly as lovely.
With Anthony Ryan, Alyssa Marie, & Elizabeth Nicole..
Boys:
Ethen Joshua- I think Ethan is a nice name that goes well with your kids' names, especially Alyssa. HOWEVER, what is with the Ethen spelling? It just looks odd, especially since your older kids have properly spelled names. Ethan is nice... Ethen is horrible.
Other ideas:
Emmett
Elliott nn Eli
Elias nn Eli
Everett nn Rhett
Emerson
Girls:
Ella - Nice, very pretty. I would find it odd with a sister Elizabeth since Ella can be a nn for Elizabeth. Also, you have Alyssa, which also has an "elle" (al) sound to it. So, for you, I would so NO WAY! Although I do like the name itself.
Elexa- Again with the "el" sound, but this one is worse since, like 'Ethen' it is spelled horribly. Alexa is okay, but trendy, Elexa is horrible. It would look very odd next to the classy names you have for your other children
Eris- Erin is okay, Eris is nmsaa. Seems madeup and lacks class, which just looks odd with the sibs names
Emberlyn- I really like Ember, but Emberlyn is TOO MUCH, and again, just doesn't seem classy.
To be honest, I think you need a lot of work on the girls names! How about...
Emma
Evelyn nn Evie
Elena nn Lainey
Elaine nn Lainey
Erica
Estelle nn Stella
Esme
Evangeline nn Evie***
I really like Evangeline Renee or Erica Renee with your kids' names.
-Nikki
ETA that Elijah (possible nn Eli) would work well as a brother.

Here goes,

I hope you plan to spell it Ethan (as opposed to Ethen...which is strange!)-- love Ethan Joshua. As for girl names, I think both Ella and Elexa have way too much in common with Elizabeth (love Elizabeth, btw). Have you thought of:
Elena
Emma/Emmaline
Eva (nn Evie is cute)
Eileen
Elke
Erin (much better than Eris, imo)
Elsie
Elsa
The names you already have are pretty and classic, so I don't want to go too far out on a limb here. How about:
Eve
Eleanor (could be Lena or Nora or Elle)
Enid
Edith (Edie)
Emelia
Emmeline
Estelle (Stella or Essie)
Esther (Essie)
