Most of these names are too popular for my tastes, especially Makenzie and Kayla which are not only popular, but TRENDY!
I do like Ella and Mia a lot though, despite Ella's popularity. Mia got my vote. I find it sweet, sassy, and spunky.
As for the mn's, are they family names? Every last one of them would be considered a "filler" and they don't really do anything for the name as a whole. If they are family names, great- stick with it. If not, I would consider something a bit less boring.
Definitely avoid Makenzie though... quickly on its way to outdated.

I voted for Alyssa Grace. I LOVE Ella Grace and Ella was actually on my girl's list until my MIL so kindly pointed out that she would be called 'Ella The Elephant' especially if she had a weight problem. I was a little disappointed because I love the name and I like it with our last name, but now I can't get that out of my head! So, needless to say, Ella came off our girls list. :(

With Ella, Mya, Mia and Alyssa all on the same list, it seems Amelia or Emilia would be the perfect compromise for you!
It contains many of the same sound elements you obviously like -- an A or E beginning, prominent M and L sounds and an A ending -- and could be shortened to Ella, Mia or even Mya as a nn. In other words, you wouldn't have to choose between them right away, and could wait and see which seemed to fit best. It also gives her more options as she ages, since she could pretty much use whichever seemed to suit her at any point of her life.
Just seemed worth suggesting. ;)

My rundown, for what it's worth:
Mia is lovely, my favourite by far... it's a little on the trendy side, but not overwhelmingly so (not yet, anyway).
Ella is also very pretty, but currently making a transition from very trendy to popular. There's a good chance it will seem overused in a few years.
Alyssa and Kayla are passable but lightweight and over-popular.
Mya is nonsense. If you want a name pronounced mee-ah, spell it Mia. If you want a name pronounced migh-ah, spell it Maya or maybe Maia. Spelled correctly, Maya would tie with Mia for first place on my ranking. Mya makes me cringe.
Makenzie, in it's myriad spellings, is very, very tired and dated. If you have to do it, I implore you to spell it Mackenzie or McKenzie, like the surname with a meaning and history, not a mid-90s attempt at "creativity."
Dalinda is simply not my style at all. More importantly, though, it's too closely tied to one specific character (though I think it's Delinda on "Las Vegas," being a very uncommon name with no other frame of reference, the association is strong). Naming after a pop-culture figure, real or fictional, is almost always ill-advised.
