Grace sits at #13 on the SSA charts for last year but I think Grace as a first name is an undeniable classic. I know a few Graces that span the ages of 3 to 84 and still think it makes a lovely first name.

I think grace is a timeless classic and the fact that you can call her gracie will she is little is just to darn cute and as she grows she can grow into the name grace as well, very gracefully lol

Hi,

Just out of curiousity, where do you live? ( I'm In OH) I hear it as a middle name...the rare times you actually hear someone's middle name used that is! Not much as a first name tho, unless they're much more mature.

While it is timeless, I think it is pretty popular. My dd is in 2nd grade & there are 2 in her class of 28 kids. It's a Catholic school in Kansas, so i don't know if that makes a difference. There aren't ANY of the more "popular" Catholic names at the school tho'. My son is only one of 2 Josephs!
