Please no!!! I wouldn't recommend it for either gender right now, the -aden names are so overdone. But it sounds very masculine to me, I STRONGLY dislike it on a girl and agree with the PP that Hadley is a much nicer choice.
Normally, I would really say no. I am not sure if everyone knows who Hayden Panettiere is, but she plays on the TV show Heroes, and she's so adorable, imo. I caught an interview one day, and she just seems like the sweetest girl. She has that appeal, like the type of girl you want your daughter to grow up like, now it could be an act, and she could be a money hungry partying druggie maniac like some of the tv/movie stars, but she doesnt give off that impression, and its the only reason that I can tolerate the name on a girl, because I associate the name with her. Hope that makes sense.

That's way worse! Hayden at least has an nice (if not particularly feminine) sound. I find Hadley really unattractive on anyone, particularly a little girl.
