I love the name Holden, and I think it would sound fine with Glenn, but not with England in the middle. Alexander doesn't sound right with England in the middle either and Grant doesn't doesn't sound right with Glenn, so I couldn't vote.

I think you need to scrap that middle name. it's a country, I've never heard it used as a name.

Using England only because it is my dear grandmother's maiden name. I know what you mean, however, and have considered scrapping it.

I love Holden, but really don't like how it sounds with England. I think that you need a 2+ syllable name that ends in an R,like Alexander (but I don't like Alexander) to work with ___ England Glenn.
Some ideas:

Conner
Fletcher
Archer
Spencer
Christopher
Oliver
Victor
Trevor

Good luck!

ITA with the other poster. Scrap England, it just does not go with the first names you have selected. Can you somehow incorporate your grandmother's name into the MN, or just use her name? (It's been done before-a French nobleman was named for his godmother.) If not, perhaps you could use a solid English name or something that relates to England.
