Margarite/Margarita- dont really like either, what about using Margaret with nn Greta, Maggie, or Meg?
Isabel/Isabela- I love this name- I think Juliana and Isabel sound FABULOUS
Olga- can't really see this name on a small child
Elizaveta- its nice
Valentina- nms
Cynthia- pretty
Arabela- dont really like this name
Josefina- its okay
Alexandria- nice, but very common, there are SO many alex's of both genders
Georgiana - nice

I like Julianna and Isabel the best. With Juliana, it would sound best using a name that doesnt end in a "a" as well. Isabel is a beautiful name. You could also use Isabel Georgiana or Isabel Margaret (my favourite).

I just think you should go w/ your favorite name :) Maybe use a family name for the mn, if you feel honor-bound to do so. Just don't let your family guilt you into something you don't want to do.

Georgiana Isabel
Georgiana Marguerite {not sure on the spelling of that one}

Good luck!

Margarite is pretty, but I'd spell it "Marguerite". It's my Grandma's name! I also like Elizaveta and Olga. They're not cheesy, trendy Jaden-Tegan-Riley-Emerson type names.
